Martini’s Biography
Half of the famed twin yellow lab duo Martini and Rossi, Martini is known as the more innovative. She repeatedly escapes from the electronic fence enclosure using a variety of creative plans. She is charming and charismatic and is always pondering her next adventure. The lure of new smells, other dogs and the possibility of a roll in something stinky draws her to answer the call of the wild.
Despite a lack of formal education and work experience, Martini has successfully learned half of the fetch process – she runs after a stick but does not return. This is why she is referred to only as a yellow lab and not a Labrador retriever. She is a favorite of both Fed-Ex and UPS drivers and has often received their highest award – a milk bone. Deceptively aggressive, she rarely barks but consistently tackles her larger sister Rossi during playtime.
Martini lives in the mountains of Colorado in a kennel. She enjoys sunshine, squirrels, chipmunks and tempting other dogs that are on leash. She is suspicious of elk largely due to their size and lack of rapport building skills.
