Frequently Asked Questions

Call Lisa at 407-929-9521 or send her an email at: lisa@theleadershipdifference.com. She can look at our calendar and let you know what dates are available.

The earlier the better! We book Dave on a first-come-first serve basis. In a perfect world, we do recommend booking six months to a year out which is your best option if your dates aren’t flexible. We also understand that some events come about with short notice, so please contact us even if it is last minute. Much as Lisa tries to book Dave every day of the year, we do have open dates that are not filled. Doesn’t hurt to try!

Typically, Dave’s rate ranges from $6500 to $9000 per day plus travel expenses. There are several things that may affect the rate such as: amount of customization, scheduling your program while he’s already in that city doing another program, international travel, booking several events at the same time (bulk buy), the type and length of the program, the cost of his children’s college tuition (KIDDING) ….etc. Feel free to call Lisa at 407-656-8654 to get a quote on your specific event.

You bet, as long as his travel schedule works out with the timing of your program. Advance notice always helps so we can arrange the travel accordingly.

Dave has over 40 programs on topics including: leadership, selling skills, customer service, presentation skills, happiness, motivational keynotes, interactive styles, teambuilding and wine tastings. All programs can be customized and we are always willing to explore developing new programs when requested.

He is a certified advanced wine sommelier- a hobby that quickly grew into a passion and a passion that grew into a product offering (Dave has always fantasized about drinking on the job – again, KIDDING). Several companies have invited Dave to provide his unique approach to wine education, often combining interactive style exploration, rapport building and selling skills. Participants seem to really enjoy talking about themselves while drinking fabulous wine. While some people might refer to this as a party, we call it “professional development”.

It depends on the program. It can range from 45 minutes to a multi-day program. The average is about three hours and a full-day is considered six hours.

Normally, we make the airfare and rental car arrangements because Dave may be coming or going to a different city. (Dave himself is often confused about whether he is coming or going) If you have a hotel block, you can book Dave as part of that so that you get the best hotel rate possible. Dave has no unusual travel requirements other than the customary green M&Ms and blue cap Evian water only. Again…KIDDING.
